Returns Policy

We do not provide refunds after the order is placed, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Services. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product description before making a purchase.
If you experienced any damaged or missing items please contact us immediately.  We will provide replacement items for verified damages and shortages.

You must notify us within 24 hours of verified receipt of items.  (Verified with tracking #)

 You must include pictures of damaged item including the packaging and the shipping label.  The carriers will not process a claim without these images.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii
  • We do not ship to internationally
  • We do not process orders with special delivery notes

Standard processing time for wood cutouts, rounds, etc. is 7-10 business days when ordered before 1:00 PM EST..  ** Orders with multiple sizes or designs will take longer to process, please allow 10-12 business days.  We process orders as quickly as possible and continue to increase our capacity to get your items to you as quick as possible.  


You will receive tracking information by email.  You can track the status anytime by logging in to your account. Tracking information is available as soon as order is shipped.
